ACCREDITED GREENAGENT® and/or ACCREDITED GREENBROKER® Residential designation:
To gain your ACCREDITED GREENAGENT® and/or ACCREDITED GREENBROKER® Residential designation you must:

Complete three Residential courses offered on-line or in-class;

Be actively engaged in the real estate profession

ay a one time $125.00 fee as well as submit an application and receive approval from the NAGAB.

Be of legal age
-
Hold a valid real estate license.
ACCREDITED GREENAGENT® and/or ACCREDITED GREENBROKER® Commercial designation:
To gain your ACCREDITED GREENAGENT® and/or ACCREDITED GREENBROKER® Commercial designation you must:

Complete three Residential courses offered on-line or in-class and one elective Commercial Greenrealestate® course;

Be actively engaged in the real estate profession

Pay a one time $125.00 fee as well as submit an application and receive approval from the NAGAB.

Hold a valid real estate license.
