Webinars are virtual lectures that allow participants to attend from anywhere that they are able to access the Internet. Each Webinar will be considered towards the 1 course minimum yearly mandatory compliance requirement for renewal of your Accreditation as a Greenagent® or Greenbroker®. This webinar will be delivered by Norman Dyer, a former certified energy auditor and Real Estate sales representative who also has extensive experience in the HVAC industry. In this webinar, we will discuss how the conservation of water and electricity helps to reduce our environmental footprint.

Climate Change and Greenhouse Gas Emissions –

This webinar will be delivered by Audrey Freidin, B.I.D., B.Ed., M.E.S., LEED® AP. Ms. Freidin has extensive knowledge of climate change and it’s relation to issues in Real Estate through his studies in Interior Design, Education and Environmental Science, but also in her work as a LEED® Accredited Professional. This webinar has been designed to provide Real Estate sales professionals an overview of how greenhouse gas emissions are causing climate change, and what can be done to reduce these emissions.

Renewable Energy -

This webinar will be delivered by Elden Freeman, M.E.S, who is the founder and Executive Director of NAGAB. Mr. Freeman has extensive knowledge of renewable energy sources both through his Environmental Studies research, and his personal use of renewable energy for his home. This webinar focuses on providing an overview of what types of energy are renewable, and how renewable energy sources impact real estate.

Native Gardening –
4/November 3rd@ 1pm E.S.T. - Jeff Thompson, B.E.S, Ecologist/Arborist.
This webinar will be delivered by Jeff Thompson, B.E.S, who is an Ecologist and Arborist. This webinar will discuss how to incorporate native gardening techniques in order to reduce water use, minimize weed infiltration and maximize the curb appeal of a home. Plant types will be discussed, and questions from participants regarding specific gardening situations will be answered.
